Refund & Return Policy

We want your dog to love the Blunt Paws board. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, the drawer doesn't slide, the filing surface is peeling, or you received the wrong item, email bluntpaws@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You usually won't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

You can return unused boards in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

• Email bluntpaws@gmail.com with your order number first. We'll reply with the return address and instructions — please don't ship anything back before hearing from us.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
• Boards must be unused (no nail marks on the filing surface), with the drawer and all parts included. Used or damaged returns may be refused or partially refunded.
• Original shipping charges and add-ons (Priority Delivery, Shipping Protection) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged, email us and we'll reship your order for free — no carrier claim needed. Without Shipping Protection, we still help, but lost or stolen packages are handled through a carrier claim, which can take longer.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a claim), we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.

Lost or delayed packages

• No tracking update for 10 business days: contact us and we'll investigate, then reship or refund.
• Tracking says "delivered" but you didn't get it: check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders go to our fulfillment partner quickly. You can cancel or change your address within 12 hours of ordering by emailing bluntpaws@gmail.com. After that the order may already be processing; you can use the 30-day return process instead.

Non-returnable

• Items marked "final sale" and gift cards
• Boards returned without contacting us first, or after 30 days
